Trying to catch up...

I forgot to post the pictures from our Estes trip that was back in October. It was nice up there and very beautiful. I love the Fall. It's now getting very cold and has snowed a few times. It snowed so early that a lot of the trees around here broke off their limbs all over Greeley. The tree outside our apartment complex lost a limb too. Luckily it wasn't close enough to fall onto the apartment complex. A lot of places lost power, but we were pretty lucky and weren't out of power for very long. It made me sad for all the trees. We didn't really do anything for Halloween. Our ward had a Halloween chili cook off activity. I made chili for the first time. I added brown sugar so it turned out to be kind of sweet. I'm not sure why I added brown sugar. It was fun though, and the chili was good. Thanksgiving is coming up soon. We are planning on driving to California. I hope it doesn't snow too much to keep us from going. I'm praying for good weather!
